My goal in writing this blog
If you are like most of my readers, than you are a cat lover and you love to take and share pictures of your fluff ball. You probably have more cat pictures on your smartphone than pictures of family.
But sometimes you also struggle to take these incredible shots of your cat and you wonder why certain cat pictures look so much better and more interesting than other photographs.
You have also asked yourself more than once why some cat photographs or cat videos are so much more popular and getting so much more likes on social media than yours. You quietly hope to make your cat famous on the internet, on social media and so. I did – and so do you?
Does this sound like you?
Be honest, you are not alone, all of us have felt this way. And sometimes we still do.
I know what it feels like to take a photograph and not to know for sure if it is good enough to share with my friends and family. I noticed that some of my photographs get a lot more likes, comments and engagement than other, but the why wasn’t always clear.
The features of some social media platforms change regularly and it isn’t always obvious how we best use these features to optimise the way we tell the story of our pets. I have faced the reality that there’s always more to do than there is time.
So much to learn about the best ways to take pictures and the best ways to grow our social media accounts.
Over the years I’ve learned a couple of things about cat photography and the use of social media. I made accounts on Instagram, Youtube and Facebook and made Casper’s pictures and videos very popular on these social media platforms.
I have learned a lot and I want to share my story, my struggles and the story of Casper. But most important, I want to share with you my workflow, my methods and my tips and tricks for getting great results on social media platforms.
So you can take a shortcut and learn from all the mistakes I made, benefit of the research I did to correct them and to become successful.
Let me show you what works!
